Pumps
We perform diesel fuel injector pump repairs to all major makes and brands including Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne, Bosch and Zexel. This includes all rotary, inline and common rail pumps, we can also supply new or remanufactured units on request.
Injector Pumps
We calibrate, repair and overhaul diesel fuel injection pumps.
First we strip the component and check for the cause of failure, and then an approximate quote is given.
Pumps need to be run on our test bench to ensure they meet manufacturers specifications.
Our 8 STEP PROCESS
1. Independent diagnosis
Dealership or mechanic has diagnosed the failed vehicle part.
2. Deliver to Peake Performance
Failed Part/s delivered to relevant Peake Performance branch.
3. Test, Strip, Report & Quote
We can only give an accurate quotation after this process.
4. Authorisation
Dealership or mechanic or owner will need to give authorisation based on the quote.
5. Order Parts or Service
New/Replacements parts are ordered or serviced depending on client request.
6. Overhaul Components
New/Replacement/Serviced parts are fitted and overhauled.
7. Bench Test & Callobrate
New/Replacement/Serviced components are bench tested and collobrated back to Manufacturer specs.
8. Invoice & Collection
Final Invoice is generated, and once payment has been made, components can be collected or shipped.

How it works
We have an 8 Step Process which always begins with an independent diagnosis before contacting Peake Performance. We do not accept 'drive-in' customers who have not already had the vehicle diagnosed.
